If you have been an accident and there is a car seat, booster seat or any kind of child seat in the vehicle at the time of accident the INSURANCE COMPANY must replace it. Even if it not strapped in, in the trunk or not occupied it has to be replaced. You have up to three years to settle a claim on property damage.
